What You'll Do:
• Lead Daily Salon Operations by keeping the salon organized, efficient, and customer-focused every day.
• Recruit, coach, and motivate associates to deliver outstanding service and exceed goals.
• Drive Sales Performance - Increase memberships, retail sales, and customer loyalty through strong leadership and sales coaching.
• Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
• Monitor key metrics, oversee scheduling, handle cash management, and maintain operational excellence.
• Represent the brand and help grow local awareness through community involvement and in-store promotions.
